How do I return a book for a refund?
All purchases are non-refundable. We only provide refund if you did not receive your order or that we have sent you a wrong title.
What shipping company do you use?
For shipping we use the Thailand Post and air mail. The list of countries serviced is limited
If you want shipping to countries not listed we may be able to use courier services. If you have an arrangement with your own courier server please let us know
In some cases cheaper surface mailing is possible, which may take around 3 months. If you want such service please ask for details
I cannot find my country in the list.
We try to ship to as many countries as possible. If you cannot find your country on the list, please drop us an email so we can assist you further.
